Research Associate / Staff Scientist

High Resolution Microscopy & Spectroscopy

A Research Associate/Staff Scientist position in High Resolution Microscopy and Spectroscopy is available at the University of British Columbia's interdisciplinary Quantum Matter Institute in Vancouver, Canada!

This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Push the limits of spatial, energy, and momentum resolution in a monochromated Nion HERMES STEM
  • Study quantum materials and devices
  • Develop unique in situ capabilities at low temperatures
  • Collaborate with strong interdisciplinary teams of experimentalists and theorists
